Volunteering Made Easy
The process to become a volunteer is now online! Simply print out the appropriate form (see below), put it in a sealed envelope, and mail or deliver it.
All forms must be completed two weeks prior to the volunteering time.
If there is a possibility that you may be with a student
when school staff is NOT present
, you must fill out a "Criminal Record Authorization and Release Form" (see below). This form MUST be returned to the address at the top of the form.
If
school staff will be present
throughout your volunteer time, you must fill out the "MPS Volunteer Information Form" (see below). This form may be returned to the address at the top of the form or delivered to the NEMS Volunteer Coordinator by a parent or student.
Also, all volunteers are required to view
this required video
and sign the Volunteer/Video Agreement
(see below).
Contact the NEMS Volunteer Coordinator, Shelley Ignatowicz (612-668-1499) with any questions or concerns.
