School Hours 2023-24

Drop-off and Pick up.  If your student needs to be picked-up/dropped off outside of normal school hours, you will need to sign them in/out at the front desk. A parent/guardian or other designated person on the Emergency contact form will need to come into the building and present their ID in order to sign the student out.

Please use Door #8 for dropping off and picking up students.

School Hours:

The NEMS school day is 8:40 AM to 3:10 PM

 The building opens to students at 8:25 AM.  Students are to go to the cafeteria until the bell rings at 8:25  when they can go to their lockers and to Advisory class. When the school day ends at 3:10, students who are not participating in afterschool programming must leave the building and school grounds immediately. Once you have left the building, you are not allowed back inside.  

Students who are participating in afterschool programming go directly to their afterschool class at 3:10.
